The Clean Air Program is an initiative aimed at owners and co-owners of single-family buildings. Its main objective is to reduce the emission of dust entering the atmosphere as a result of the heating of our homes. The way to achieve this goal is to improve the energy efficiency of residential buildings. To do this, it is necessary to improve the components of the house that are not ecological, as well as those through which too much heat escapes.
Pre-financing in the Clean Air Program is a new financial solution that can be used by new Beneficiaries who have not yet started work. Facilitation consists in the payment of co-financing funds even before the start of the renovation. In the form of a prepayment, you can receive a maximum of 50% of the granted subsidy.
The new funding solution for the Clean Air programme is targeted at new applicants for funding. It can be used by persons who are entitled to co-financing at an increased or highest level. A prerequisite is to attach to the application a contract signed with the contractor of the repair work. The contract must include a precise definition of the scope of work to be carried out. The contractor selected by us must have been operating in the construction services market for at least one year or have experience in implementing at least five investments in the “Clean Air” program. After successful consideration of the application and granting of co-financing with pre-financing, a maximum of 50% of the allocated funds will be transferred to the contractor's account. From the moment of submission of the application to the Voivodship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management, we have 18 months to comply with the scope of activities presented in the application.
Upon completion of the work, the second part of the grant will be paid. However, to receive it you must submit the following documents:
The remaining part of the co-financing shall be paid to the account of the contractor or to the account of the beneficiary, if he has paid the dues.
If you want to benefit from a grant in the “Clean Air” program, we can use a new financing method, which is pre-financing. It consists in receiving 50% of the allocated funds even before the start of work. However, in order to benefit from pre-financing in the “Clean Air” program, we must bear in mind that several conditions are met. First of all, to the submitted application, we must attach an agreement with the contractor of the work for which we want to receive funds. It should not be forgotten that we can sign a maximum of three contracts. To receive the second part of the money from the program, we must complete the renovation work within 18 months of submitting the application and submit the relevant documents that confirm the completion of the renovation.
